SeanyD: Don't worry, I like to show all the process
I draw it with pencil, and I was correcting the image in photoshop. I was try to paint a perfect woman.
Pencil: http://www.viewpoint.cl/img2/oops.jpg
It's difficult to get many and good color and detail with photo reference.
Also I used the face of my ex girl friend, but she doesnt look exactly: www.viewpoint.cl/eve

Drawing
A category for line art, illustrations, comic art and such. In contrary to paintings these works show the line art, even though they might be colored, shaded or even textured. Think of works that would traditionally be created using pens and pencils.
Painting
Once called digital painting, this category is for all painted works. Unlike drawings these works show little or no traces of line art and can be compared to work that would traditionally be created with brushes.
Despite your personal preferences, this by GFX standards is considered a Drawing.

One other MINOR item: the sword. If the wings are translucent, then wouldn't the extended tip of the sword be visible?
If it's an option--and I know it may not be possible--I'd revisit the oops version. It had so much more depth and life.

addicted2macs: many people thinks that an unfinished picture looks better. But, when the people order an illustration, they prefer a very finished image.

indeed the is very beautifull but i dont really like the undies...maybe just my personal taste
also , her feet have a weird position, a bit uncomfy i think
overall this could have been better, its a real pitty because her face is just awesome
u should try alternative versions of her, keeping the face and body features, but putting her in different scenarios
good luck and i hope u wont take my critique as and offensive one, i just said my oppinion

though some more stucture might be nice... It's all a bit soft now...
Maybe you could think about softening the outlines as well to not make it look like she's pasted in it...
But I like the image
